| AARP SCSEP is a work training program for persons age 55 and older who meet residency and income requirements. It is administrated through the AARP Foundation. Our on-the-job training option is easy to use and straightforward. There's no red tape, no contracts, no applications to fill out. | "As an end result of

| Once you've contacted us, we'll try to match you with qualifies job
candidates and -- as an added incentive -- we'll pay 100% of there wages, workers
compensation, and unemployment insurance during their on-the-job training -- for an agreed
upon period. We'll pay them directly, according to the salary of the position. This free
service benefits everyone. It offers you a chance to prove what they can do. � What is expected of you? ���������������������� In return, it is understood that you will hire our job candidates who have satisfactorily completed their training period. If the candidate is unable to meet your job requirements, let us know as possible. Our funds are limited and we want to use them as efficiently as possible. You'll also need to send us their timesheets (which we will provide) for the agreed upon training period. � �
